Pineapple Salsa:

  • 1 cup (180g) fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cup (40g) red bell pepper, finely diced

  • 1 jalapeño, seeds and ribs removed, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp (8g) fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
